: The work, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:-

(c) Conducting work related to transfer of technical and commercial information and technology,
(d) Conducting programs such as entrepreneurship, management development and technical and sheep development trainer training (e) XXX,
(f) Conducting various types of research, training, study, seminar, survey, exhibition, workshop seminar etc. related to the industry by the institution itself or through the participation of other organizations. (G) To prepare necessary curriculum and guidelines for industrial business development, to create and implement effective programs for training and trainees, and to evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of such programs,
(h) Providing cash, kind or other assistance from Nepal government or foreign government or national or international association, organization, body or person for industrial business development, but not receiving cash, kind or other assistance from foreign government or international association, organization, body or person located abroad. In taking other assistance, the prior approval of the Government of Nepal will have to be taken.
(i) In the programs of the establishment, looking at the economic status of the target group, charging a fee in full or in part according to the cost of the program, and
(j) To do other tasks necessary to achieve the purpose of the establishment.
